Why hasn't my print been shipped yet?

Letters and prints are shipped on the last business day of each calendar month. This means if you sign up any time from midnight on the 1st of the month (in PST) to midnight on the 20th, then your letter will ship on the last day of that month. Basically, I batch order, fold, and stuff each month's subscriptions, and I need a schedule around all of it.

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

Painted Beasts Society is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the last business day of each month. If you live in Canada, letters generally arrive within 4-5 days. If you live overseas, letters can take 7-14 business days to arrive. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of them shipping, please reach out via email hello@stephkellett.com

How can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account, or by clicking the Manage Your Subscription button. Please reach out if you need help with this - hello@stephkellett.com

Don't stress! Send me an email hello@stephkellett.com and I'll make sure it's updated before your letter is sent out.

When is Painted Beasts Society billed each month?

Painted Beasts Society is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th of July, you'll be billed on the 15th of August and the 15th of September, etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.

I've been a subscriber for a few months now. What can I do with all my prints?

Display your prints in frames, or keep them in an acid-free photo album. You can even mail them to your friends, gift them to another animal lover, or use them as references for your own art.

How do I know which wildlife organization will be supported each month?

Each month a new, or rotating, wildlife organization will selected to receive $1 from each active subscription. You can see each month's selection by visiting my Instagram or it will also be written about in the previous month's Painted Beasts Society letter. Generally, I choose organizations based on the work they've done in the past, their transparency around their financials, upcoming projects they might be fundraising for, or urgent care requests. There will also be opportunities to vote on your favourites via polls on Instagram!
