Meet Amanda - a First Nations animator, director, and storyteller based out of Vancouver, BC.

Amanda Strong is a Canadian Screen Award and Emmy nominated director, artist, stop motion storyteller and has served as a media based artist for nearly 20 years. She is Michif/Red River Métis and is a member of the MMF (Manitoba Métis Federation) . Strong is the owner, producer and director of the Vancouver based animation studio Spotted Fawn Productions Inc where they create stop motion animations, books, installations and explore digital technologies that compliment the hand made art of stop motion. Sher is also a director at Atomic Cartoons where she is the current director of Emmy nominated 2D animated TV series, Molly of Denali on PBS.

Meet Ric - a 'paint slinger' (1954-2023)

An accomplished painter, Gendron’s works have been described as incorporating a colorful blend of traditional Native American images and pop culture elements. Gendron lived in Spokane, Wash., and was a member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (Sinxt).

Meet Little Mittens

This is the grass roots non-profit organization based out of Golden, BC, that is mostly run by volunteers, and the same one that was going to take Baby Raven up to Golden. Focusing mostly on feral cats, Little Mittens also acts as a wildlife rescue when they can.
