Bats are known to represent a time in a person's life when they are going through a deep and possibly dark time of transformation. When we shed parts of ourselves that no longer fit, or no longer suit us, it can be uncomfortable. In the middle of the transformation, we're in the dark, and we're moving into an unknown future.

In this print of an original acrylic painting, the bats are snuggling up to each other for comfort, reminding us to call on our close people and allies in times of uncertainty. Getting cozy with change will help us when we go through times of larger transformation.
